NDA likely to announce Jaswant Singh as vice presidential candidate - NDTV News

The BJP-led NDA will meet this morning to decide on the candidate it will field against the UPAs nominee for Vice President, Hamid Ansari. Senior BJP leader and former Foreign Minister Jaswant Singh is said to be the forerunner, though sources say the alliance of opposition parties has also chewed on the name of Janata Dal (United) leader Sharad Yadav.
