India tests n-capable Agni-I missile off Odisha coast

Bhubaneswar, July 13 -- India on Friday test fired its indigenously built nuclear-capable Agni-I missile from Wheeler Island test facility off the Odisha coast, about 200 km east of Bhubaneswar.The test of the nuclear capable missile having a range of 700 km was test fired at 10.09 am, an official of Integrated Test Range (ITR) of the Defence Research Development Organisation (DRDO) said.Already inducted in the Army, Agni-I was first test fired in January 25, 2002.
