BMW hit-and-run: 2-yr jail term for Nanda upheld

Hindustan Times,Sanjeev Nanda, convicted in the BMW hit-and-run case, on Friday got a reprieve from the Supreme Court which refused to enhance the quantum of punishment of two years already undergone by him and directed him to do community service for two years.
