Illinois Tool Works Incorporated (ITW) announced its quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share, an increase of about 6% over its prior dividend in June of 36 cents. The newly increased dividend will be paid on October 10, 2012 to stockholders of record as of September 28, 2012.
